Experiência que foi muito, muito além da espectativa. Fiquei até meio que emocionado pelo tratamento que recebi. Vocês são os melhores.
Simply amazing. Excellent service, fair price. I bought flooring from Embramaco and I am very satisfied. I would like to thank everyone for their efforts, they treated me very well, I went to buy only 2 porcelain tile boxes and they treated me the same as you need to buy 100 meters.
Experience that went way, way beyond expectation. I was even kind of moved by the treatment I received. You are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido pela vendedora, fechei negocio, até ai tudo certo, o problema foi porque não tinha o piso porcelanato que queria na loja, mas me disseram que com o prazo de 10 dias entregariam o produto e não entregaram, me deram uma desculpa e pediram mais prazo, aceitei e não cumpriram novamente, então o jeito foi pegar o que tinha a pronta entrega mesmo, pois não podia mais esperar e já estava com 20 dias de atraso.
I was very well attended by the seller, I closed the deal, so far everything was ok, the problem was because I didn't have the porcelain floor I wanted in the store, but they told me that within 10 days they would deliver the product and they didn't, they gave me an excuse and they asked for more time, I accepted and they didn't comply again, so the solution was to take what was ready for delivery anyway, because I couldn't wait any longer and I was already 20 days late.
