★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kkkķkkk uma piada essa loja só tem nome é uma localização por ser no centro Mais não vale nada levei meu notbook pra arrumar trocaram meu HD por um hd velho minha memória RAM de 6gb voltou com uma de 2gb acha que os outros é otario só pode cambada de ladrões só não vou avaliar com 0 estrelas pq não tem como pessoal antes de ir dêem uma olhada ?nas avaliações é sempre bom ? não recomendo a ninguém pessimo além de atrasar na entrega o telefone lá é só pra enfeite vc liga liga é nada de atenderem pra dar uma resposta sobre seu item q está lá chateado com isso...
Kkkķkkk a joke this store only has a name it's a location because it's in the center But it's worthless I took my notebook to fix it exchanged my hard drive for an old hard drive my 6gb RAM came back with a 2gb one thinks the others are a sucker can only do a bunch of thieves I'm just not going to rate it with 0 stars because there's no such thing as personal before I go take a look ?in the reviews it's always good ? I don't recommend it to anyone terrible besides delaying delivery the phone is just for decoration you call it's nothing answer to give an answer about your item that is there upset about it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um simples serviço de diagnóstico que fui informado pelo atendente que duraria 48h para ser realizado levou 96h... fora que levei o Pc já sabendo qual era o defeito só queria um laudo técnico do mesmo ( defeito na placa de som) para acionar a garantia da peça. Além de mal fazerem o laudo ainda danificaram outro acessórios do Pc. OBs: o atendimento ao cliente é bom o serviço técnico é que é péssimo.
A simple diagnostic service that I was informed by the attendant that would last 48 hours to be performed took 96 hours... besides that I took the PC already knowing what the defect was, I just wanted a technical report (defect in the sound card) to trigger the warranty of the part. In addition to barely making the report, they also damaged other PC accessories. NOTE: the customer service is good, the technical service is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu iPhone 8 Plus para arrumar lá. Depois de estragarem o celular completamente que não dava nem para ligar, disseram que iam ressarcir com um novo eu pagando quase metade do preço. Para completar, não enviaram até hoje a nota fiscal do novo aparelho, isso já tem um mês, e olha que já liguei várias vezes pedindo e não enviam. Vou levar eles no Procon, até gravei a última ligação, porque a empresa é obrigada a dar a nota fiscal, não sei nem se o novo aparelho é roubado ou algo assim! Horrível o serviço, fiquei mais de 18 minutos na linha esperando eles me enviarem a nota. Atendente um tal de Mateus que só deixou o telefone lá. Nunca vi tanto descaso para enviar uma nota fiscal! Um absurdo!
I took my iPhone 8 Plus to get fixed there. After completely ruining the cell phone that it couldn't even be called, they said they would reimburse with a new me paying almost half the price. To top it off, they haven't sent the invoice for the new device until today, it's been a month, and I've called several times asking and they don't send it. I'll take them to Procon, I even recorded the last call, because the company is obliged to give the invoice, I don't even know if the new device is stolen or something! Horrible service, I was on the line for more than 18 minutes waiting for them to send me the note. An attendant named Mateus who only left his phone there. I've never seen so much neglect to send an invoice! An absurdity!
