Me alegaram que a culpa foi da vendedora vendeu sem ter em estoque.mais acredito que venderam meus pisos.era 16 caixas mais só tinha 15. Vendedora disse pra mim usar como rodapé. Que absurdo ter que ouvir isso.
Comprei paguei a vista.
Gerente vem com umas conversas pra resolver acabei até aceitando pra acabar logo com isso.
Deveria mesmo ter processado a loja.
Não recomendo... Pedi pra ser entregue uma outra caixa (grafite para o banheiro) me cobraram ainda disseram que a loja não dá "brinde" deveriam ter um bom senso isso sim
I bought the floors and flooring for the whole house. After a certain date they handed it to me missing. They claimed me it was the fault of the seller, she sold it without having it in stock. But I believe they sold my floors. It was 16 boxes but there were only 15. Seller told me to use it as a baseboard. How absurd to have to hear this.
I bought it, paid the view.
Manager comes with some conversations to resolve, I even accepted to get it over with.
I really should have sued the store.
I don't recommend... I asked to be delivered another box (graphite for the bathroom) they charged me and they said that the store doesn't give "freebies" they should have good sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós venda péssimo, fiz uma compra na loja e quando me entregaram meu marido notou que uma das caixas tinha um piso rachado, pedi para abrir a caixa para ver se era somente aquele, mas estavam todos quebrados. Na mesma hora entrei em contato com a loja, na qual não deu solução alguma e disseram que não podem fazer nada. Estou com uma caixa quebrada e nem vou começar a mexer agora, preciso rezar para não ter mais nenhuma quando eu for mexer la, pq não tem como abrir todas as caixas, só abrimos essa pq notamos a rachadura em um dos pisos. Péssimo pós venda com o cliente, na hora de vender são ótimos, mas se tiver algum problema não vão resolver.

Terrible after-sales with the customer, when selling is great, but if you have any problems, they won't solve it.
