★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, pedi um bolo de churros e o bolo veio só com açúcar e canela...cade o doce de leite, tenho o costume de compra na fábrica da Tijuca e o bolo sempre veio muito bem recheado, achei que seria padrão de todas as lojas,estou decepcionada perdi até a vontade de comer o bolo.?
Terrible, I ordered a churros cake and the cake came only with sugar and cinnamon ... where the dulce de leche, I have the custom of buying at the Tijuca factory and the cake always came very well stuffed, I thought it would be standard in all stores, I'm disappointed I even lost the desire to eat the cake.?

E ai como agente faz , so trouxe mesmo a mercadoria porque já estava pago
E outra na frente da loja e maior pouca vergonha , ficam se agarrando

And then, as an agent, I only brought the goods because it was already paid

Second time I buy Alzira de anchieta on the vo and both times I was poorly served and even more I was advised to buy in another store by the attendant , your order is an order leave with me ✌

Já são 21:40h e não recebi meu pedido, falta de respeito com o cliente, a loja não me atendeu nas ligações, e nem se quer respondeu minhas mensagens, não me deu um posicionamento.... Fui olhar o perfil da loja e vi que já está fechada!
Não cancelaram meu pedido, meu dinheiro ficou preso , e QUERO QUE ESTORNE MEU DINHEIRO DE VOLTA , se não vou na polícia!
NOJO DESSE ATENDIMENTO, INDIGNADA PÔS A LOJA NÃO FEZ NADA, SIMPLESMENTE FECHOU E EU FIQUEI AQUI COM CARA DE TACHO !
I come here to communicate the TERRIBLE service at this store, I placed an order through Ifood at 5:42 pm. It's now 9:40 pm and I haven't received my order, lack of respect for the customer, the store didn't answer my calls, didn't even answer my messages, didn't give me a position.... I went to look at the store's profile and I saw that it is already closed!
They didn't cancel my order, my money got stuck, and I WANT YOU TO REFUSE MY MONEY BACK, if I don't go to the police!
DISGUSTED AT THIS SERVICE, INDIGNANT PUTS THE STORE DID NOTHING, IT JUST CLOSED AND I STAYED HERE WITH A TACHO FACE!

Um bom atendimento fideliza clientes, um péssimo atendimento afasta clientes!
Eu vou em Ricardo ou Nilópolis, mas não compro mais nessa loja de Anchieta.
Employees totally unprepared to work with the public. Super ignorant and hostile. I was given a wrong order and when I called to report the error they treated me with complete disrespect and rudeness.
Good service keeps customers loyal, bad service drives customers away!
I go to Ricardo or Nilópolis, but I don't shop at this store in Anchieta anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, deprimente, minha filha foi completamente mal atendida, nem sequer a pessoa que se diz responsável olhou nos olhos de minha filha, foi desleixada ao entregar o bolo, desqualificada para atender ao público que é o grande ícone de ainda essa unidade estar em funcionamento, que diga se de passagem, é de péssimo nível . Se fosse possível receberia 1 estrela - 1.
Terrible, depressing, my daughter was completely poorly attended, not even the person who claims to be responsible looked my daughter in the eye, she was sloppy when delivering the cake, unqualified to serve the public that is the great icon of this unit still being in operation , which, in passing, is of a very bad standard. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, a atendente, me olhando o tempo todo com cara de nojo, parecia que eu estava fedendo, e pedindo alguma coisa a ela, meu cartão não passou em uma máquina ela achou que eu não tinha dinheiro, pedi para passar em outra e passou de boa, sofri racismo forma que me trataram, acharam que eu não poderia pagar pelo bolo, muito chato isso é negro, sendo racista com negro. Não recomendo a ninguém está filial Anchieta, eles precisam urgentemente de uma reciclagem, não a que preparou o bolo no balcão, mas sim a ignorante que veio lá de trás paea ver o porque do cartão não estar passando. Lamentável isso.
Terrible, the attendant, looking at me all the time with a disgusted face, it looked like I was stinking, and asking her for something, my card didn't go through a machine she thought I didn't have money, I asked to pass it on another one and she passed it good, I suffered racism the way they treated me, they thought I couldn't pay for the cake, very annoying this is black, being racist with black. I don't recommend this Anchieta branch to anyone, they urgently need a refresher, not the one who prepared the cake at the counter, but the ignorant one who came from the back to see why the card is not passing. That's unfortunate.
