★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 12/05/2020 adquiri um sofá, 3 módulos, medindo 2,75, porem em menos de 5 dias começaram a aparecer os problemas, em menos de 7 dias, acionei a garantia, porém nada, relatei que desisti da compra, a resposta que tive foi que eles tem ate 30 dias para retirar o produto, não concordo e por lei isso esta errado, quero desistir da compra, informaram que não vão. Não aconselho ninguém comprar nada desse estabelecimento, que no Facebook se denomina como Sofá Amorim.
On 05/12/2020 I bought a sofa, 3 modules, measuring 2.75, but in less than 5 days the problems started to appear, in less than 7 days, I activated the guarantee, but nothing, I reported that I gave up the purchase, the answer I had was that they have up to 30 days to remove the product, I do not agree and by law this is wrong, I want to give up the purchase, they said they will not. I don't advise anyone to buy anything from this establishment, which on Facebook is called Amorim Sofa.

Comprei o sofá há 5 meses, além de já está totalmente mole, ainda me causou um dano físico, meu marido tirou as almofadas para limpar arrebentou o dedo em algum parafuso sobressalente, entro em contato com eles pelo único meio de comunicação , o Whatsapp sou tratada com descaso, e deboche.
Nao INDICO essa loja à ninguém. Nao façam compras online nem por facebook. Na nota que eles me enviaram , não tem nem CNPJ, nem ENDEREÇO, nem INFORMAÇÃO DE GARANTIA , nada! No final falaram que a garatia é de 3 meses, e com deboche referente a foto que enviei falaram que era devido a mal uso. EU E MEU MARIDO NEM FICAMOS EM CASA PRA DANIFICAR ASSIM, fui ingênua , e por conta do descaso irei recorrer aos meus direitos contra essa empresa.
Horrible experience! I bought the sofa 5 months ago, besides it is totally soft, it still caused me physical damage, my husband took the pillows to clean, he broke his finger on some spare screw, I contact them by the only means of communication, Whatsapp sou treated with contempt, and debauchery.
I don't recommend this store to anyone. Don't shop online or on facebook. In the note they sent me, there is neither CNPJ, ADDRESS nor WARRANTY INFORMATION, nothing! At the end they said that the guarantee is 3 months, and with mockery regarding the photo I sent they said it was due to misuse. I AND MY HUSBAND NEITHER STAY AT HOME TO DAMAGE THAT, I was naive, and because of the neglect I will appeal to my rights against this company.
