Excellent service on sale and great after sales. My son needed a new eyeglass cord and the professional Raquel gave us full attention, got in touch with the manufacturer and explained the situation and with all her good will 3 effort managed to get us a courtesy. We are customers and we were very pleased to see that Raquel went further and understood perfectly the importance this had for our little one.
