 Great store, with many varieties of fabrics and accessories! The attendants are lovely and do everything to make sure you have the best service. I recommend with eyes closed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na loja 10 minutos antes de fechar. O vigilante estava fazendo a "guarda" do portao, não deixando ninguém entrar, alegando que a loja estava fechada pq estava lotada, o que não era verdade. Expliquei que ia no bazar e era rápido, não precisaria de senha mas ele não deixou. O atendimento lá dentro já é horrível e burocrático, só a moça do bazar aparenta trabalhar com boa vontade. Depois dessa, só vou nessa loja em caso de desespero.
I arrived at the store 10 minutes before closing. The guard was "guarding" the gate, not letting anyone in, claiming that the store was closed because it was full, which was not true. I explained that I was going to the bazaar and it was fast, I wouldn't need a password but he didn't let me. The service inside is already horrible and bureaucratic, only the girl from the bazaar seems to work willingly. After that, I only go to this store in case of desperation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem quer agilidade e bom atendimento esse não é o lugar, é necessário uma espera maior que o normal, você não vai até o caixa com seu produto, primeiro você escolhe, a vendedora separa o tecido, quando você pagar, aí sim ela corta se não estiver ocupada com outro cliente. Enfim minha experiência foi péssima, não volto e não indico. ?
For those who want agility and good service this is not the place, a longer wait than usual is necessary, you don't go to the cashier with your product, first you choose, the saleswoman separates the fabric, when you pay, then she cuts it if not busy with another customer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse zero daria , pelo dono que foi extremamente rude , pelas funcionárias q são tdas mau humoradas, tbm com um patrão desses impossível trabalhar feliz! Pelo jeito que fui tratada só p estar vestida de uma forma simples ! Foram hostis e falando preço e dizendo q alguns itens só poderiam ser vendido a dinheiro ! Uma placa enorme dizendo q n pode , meu que loja é essa! Escolhi seus panos de pratos e a moça logo disse que aqueles panos não poderiam ser vendidos no cartão de crédito , só a dinheiro! Um horror! Paguei e fiquei esperando um bom tempo para receber os produtos, tratam a gente como nada!
If I had zero, I would give, for the owner who was extremely rude, for the employees who are tdas moody, also with a boss like that impossible to work happy! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A LOJA tem boa variedade de tecidos e ótima qualidade No atendimento ao cliente, diminuiu muito a quantidade de funcionários, como outros tipos de comércio fizeram. Sabemos da Crise que o Mundo está passando e o consumidor está pagando e sofrendo a maior parte dessas crise. A loja usa uma sistema absoleto de senha manual que não faz sentido. Ao entrar na loja o cliente recebe a senha, assim que alguma atendente estiver livre é "Gritado" o próximo número. Se o cliente não ouvir a senha perde a vez, se ouvir e ainda não tiver escolhido a atendente ou vai perder tempo esperando o cliente escolher ou vai de alguma maneira apressar a escolha. Enquanto isso outro cliente com senha de número posterior que já fez sua escolha vai aguardar sua vez. Absurdo ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ontem 22/04/22 não foi legal a vendedora disse que não sabia orientar sobre a metragem pq não era custureira. Ficava perguntando várias vezes o que realmente eu queria dando a impressão que pra comprar lá vc precisa já saber o nome do tecido. E se a pessoa se interessa pelo tecido e não sabe o nome???? Na hora de cortar o tecido fez a nota correndo respondendo meus questionamentos com monossílabos. Durante o tempo de espera o pegar o tecido no balcão a pessoa que faz a nota ficou reclamando o quanto é complicado empreender, pois é só dor de cabeça. Agora veja, quem não quer empreender não deveria fazer porque isto reflete nos atendimentos aos clientes. Quando as pessoas compram mais tecidos elas conversam mais, dão mais atenção. Deveriam cativar TB os que compram menos pq muitos testam a qualidade do atendimento. Há 1 ano atrás eu havia avaliado dando parabéns. Mas agora avalio como ruim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja antiga de venda de tecidos no bairro Assunção. A burocracia é grande na Loja, o que torna o atendimento demorado e difícil. A gerente que fica no caixa e tenta com muita Boa vontade e simpatia contornar a demora. Mas as funcionárias sem experiência e a quantidade de conferências e re-conferencias são absurdas. É a única loja deste porte na região e tem uma quantidade relativa de padrões de tecidos.
