★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro nessa loja a muitos anos, pela variedade e preço, porém em todos esses anos o atendimento ruim nunca mudou, má vontade, corte torto do tecido, e às vezes, menos do que foi pedido, porém cobrado, tentam inclusive vender tecidos com defeitos grandes sem avisar. Na loja de Santo André não entro mais, já fui muito maltratada ali, detalhe: comprava bastante e nunca faltei com respeito.
I have been shopping at this store for many years, for the variety and price, but in all these years the poor service has never changed, unwillingness, crooked fabric cut, and sometimes, less than what was asked, but charged, they even try to sell fabrics with defects big without warning. I don't go to the store in Santo André anymore, I've been badly treated there, detail: I bought a lot and I never failed with respect.
