Comprei um jogo um mĂȘs depois ficou tudo mole, solto, acionei a garantia, trocaram toda a estrutura e esta tudo ruim novamente. O dono da assistĂȘncia disse que estas cadeiras sĂŁo porcarias mesmo.

No momento da compra fomos super bem atendidos, porĂ©m o pĂłs venda Ă© horrĂvel.
Compramos um colchĂŁo Queen da marca Castor e conjunto de box com baĂș. Na primeira semana que utilizamos o box um dos puxadores soltou.
Entramos em contato com a empresa e informaram que em 8 dias iria um técnico para conserto, jå se passaram 16 dias e não tivemos retorno.
Detalhe o outro puxador e o apoio de ferro que segura o colchão jå se soltaram também.
PĂ©ssima qualidade os produtos vendidos pela loja.

We bought a Queen mattress from the Castor brand and a box set with a trunk. In the first week that we used the box, one of the handles came loose.
We got in touch with the company and they informed that a technician would go in 8 days for repairs, 16 days have passed and we have not had a return.
Detail the other handle and the iron support that holds the mattress have already come loose too.
Terrible quality products sold by the store.

Erramos por nĂŁo ter perguntado o prazo de entrega antes, pois apĂłs o vendedor ter gastado todos os esforços para nos atender, ficamos atĂ© sem graça de nĂŁo comprar. E o pior, que nĂŁo Ă© dito: ApĂłs a entrega, ainda dĂŁo 8 dias Ășteis para montar (o que jĂĄ Ă© longo) e mesmo assim eles nĂŁo cumprem o prazo. Detalhe: pagamos a vista. Se nĂŁo quiserem cansar de esperar ou passar raiva, passem longe. Nunca mais volto!

We were wrong for not having asked for the delivery time before, because after the seller had spent all his efforts to serve us, we were even embarrassed not to buy. And the worst part, which is not said: After delivery, they still have 8 working days to assemble (which is already long) and even so they do not meet the deadline. Detail: we pay cash. If you don't want to get tired of waiting or get angry, go far. I'll never come back!
