★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi excelente, aceitei um colchão de mostruário que estava de amostra, optei por pagar a mais por uma cama box baú. Mas ontem quando chegou o produto fiquei assustada com a altura da cama, eu e meu marido vimos que é impossível conviver com uma cama tão alta, mal conseguimos subir e descer dela ( e olha que somos de estatura alta 1,75 +/- )
Ontem mesmo quando chegou já acionei a vendedora Andréia e hoje meu marido falou com o gerente Renan, onde solicitamos a devolução do dinheiro do box baú e a troca pelo box normal que estava na promoção junto com o colchão. A resposta foi negativa. Portanto, alerta á vcs não comprem sem antes verem realmente o produto. O colchão e a cama box baú que comprei não estava os dois juntos de mostruário por isso não tinha como ter noção da altura, solicitamos a visita de alguém pra vir conferir e ver que não estou mentindo e não quiseram vir. Um descaso total com os clientes! Não indico pra ninguém!
The service was excellent, I accepted a sample mattress that was on display, I chose to pay more for a box bed. But yesterday when the product arrived I was scared by the height of the bed, my husband and I saw that it is impossible to live with such a high bed, we can barely get up and down from it (and look, we are tall 1.75 +/- )
Just yesterday when it arrived, I called the saleswoman Andréia and today my husband spoke to the manager Renan, where we asked for the money back from the trunk box and the exchange for the normal box that was in the promotion along with the mattress. The answer was negative. Therefore, I warn you not to buy without really seeing the product first. The mattress and box bed that I bought were not both together as a showcase so I had no idea of the height, we asked someone to come and check it out and see that I'm not lying and they didn't want to come. A total disregard for customers! I don't recommend it to anyone!
