★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra no final de agosto, de um colchão e paguei mais de RS 2.000,00 na qual ainda estou pagando, na loja Fabriespuma de Bragança Paulista, e agora quando fui trocar a capa do colchão , uma trinca atrás do colchão com degrau, e mandei wats fazendo a reclamação e minha única resposta é que vcs lamentam muito. Eu que lamento ter comprado um produto de vcs , achando que era de qualidade e agora sem nenhuma assistência, dizendo que fiz mal uso do produto. Pedi explicação do que seria mal uso , porém a única resposta é que lamentam . Então espero que vcs consumidores tenham a sorte de lerem esse comentário e que não tenham como resposta isso, que eles lamentam , quando tiverem algum problema. ?
I made a purchase at the end of August for a mattress and paid over RS 2,000.00 which I am still paying, at Fabriespuma store in Bragança Paulista, and now when I went to change the mattress cover, a crack behind the stepped mattress, and I sent wats making the complaint and my only answer is that you guys are very sorry. I regret that I bought a product from you, thinking it was of quality and now without any assistance, saying that I misused the product. I asked for an explanation of what would be misuse, but the only answer is that they are sorry. So I hope you guys are lucky to read this comment and not have an answer to that, which they regret, when they have a problem. ?

I don't buy anything in this store anymore.. I bought a box bed the base comes with a problem I call there and they just keep pushing it to the manufacturer and nothing from the manufacturer solves it I'm disappointed
