Eu com vários anos de academia, nunca tive resultados tão satisfatórios quanto logo após começar com os programas que Faby desenvolveu. Chega ao ponto dos meus amigos me perguntarem o que estou fazendo pra ter tanta evolução. Eu particularmente gostei muito da atenção que ela me deu. Eu pratico outros esportes e Faby conseguiu encaixar todos os treinos de maneira que não haja interferência. Sempre que tenho alguma pergunta, ela sempre me atende com bastante atenção e paciência.

Personal that stimulates the training, always different every day, adapts weekly to the schedules, super flexible, makes us feel pleasure and constancy in working out. Results for sure and adapted to each moment of life. I am pregnant and before, during and I am sure that after also, we will do the best work possible for each phase. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Isso só aconteceu pq ela não fica forçando a barra e tem feeling pra perceber o meu momento. Pela 1a vez eu tô motivada, feliz e contando as horas pra ir pra academia.
Faby is different! Despite knowing her for many years, I only had the opportunity to start training with her 4 months ago. The results are notorious, my body is different. It just happened because she doesn't keep pushing and has the feeling to understand my moment. For the first time I'm motivated, happy and counting the hours to go to the gym.

Faby is that person who is always in a good mood and encouraging you to be your best version! Since I started training with her my physical results have improved a lot, I lost fat, I became more aware of my movements in the exercises and I started to enjoy exercising. Highly recommend !!
