Fato surpreendente pela loja que é. 3 Horas esperando a entrega, sem ela chegar liguei para saber o que tinha ocorrido e com tom debochado , o atendente disse que teria que esperar um pouco mais pois o "entregador" tem que almoçar. Ressalto, que o pedido foi feito as 12 horas e 30 minutos e a resposta desse "atendente" foi após 3horas, sem ao menos avisar que poderia demorar. Tom de deboche.
 Terrible service and disregard for the delivery service. Amazing fact for the store that it is. 3 Hours waiting for delivery, without it arriving I called to find out what had happened and with a mocking tone, the attendant said he would have to wait a little longer because the "delivery man" has to have lunch. I emphasize that the request was made at 12 hours and 30 minutes and the response of this "attendant" was after 3 hours, without even warning that it could be delayed. Tom debauchery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado! Os preços escritos não são os cobrados. Vc escolhe baseado nos preços visíveis e depois cobram entre 10% a 30% a mais não é pouca coisa . Se reclamar eles tiram o dinheiro da caixa e devolvem sem sequer refazer a conta. Mas quem não reclama é básicamente estafado. E uma prática comercial ilegal. Eles tem muito tempo pra mudar os preços numa loja pequena mas não fazem. Isso passou pra nós pelo menos que a gente se deu conta, 3 vezes diferentes em meses diferentes, então é um truque deles, não foi um erro. Quando deixe de suceder não vou ter problema em tirar este comentário de aquí.
Watch out! Written prices are not those charged. You choose based on visible prices and then charge between 10% to 30% more is no small thing. If you complain, they take the money out of the box and return it without even rechecking the account. But those who don't complain are basically jaded. It is an illegal commercial practice. They have a lot of time to change prices in a small store but they don't. This happened to us at least that we realized, 3 different times in different months, so it's their trick, it wasn't a mistake.
