★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz um ano que terminei meu curso, até agora não consegui falar com ninguém sobre o meu certificado, não atendem, não responde e-mails e nem mensagens no portal. Já não sei o que fazer! Administração é péssima dessa faculdade.
 It's been a year since I finished my course, so far I haven't been able to talk to anyone about my certificate, they don't answer, they don't answer emails or messages on the portal. I don't know what to do anymore! Administration sucks at this college.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A faculdade não expedi nenhum documento comprobatório que vc finalizou o curso mesmo a aluna sendo convocada para cargo em concurso público. A coordenação não ajuda os alunos, deixando-os sem resposta.
The college did not issue any document proving that you completed the course even though the student was called for a position in a public contest. Coordination does not help students, leaving them unresponsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, estou desde o dia 11/02 pra tentar trancar a matricula e até hoje não consegui, vou na faculdade fala que é no portal do aluno ou na central, ligo na central fala que é na faculdade, quando aparece uma funcionária que está a fim de trabalhar ela abre um chamado que demora 7 dias úteis e o chamado não tem resposta. Até os coordenadores são péssimos, não tem a menor vontade de ajudar.
Terrible, I've been since 02/11 to try to lock the enrollment and until today I haven't been able to, I go to the college and it says it's on the student portal or at the center, I call the center it says it's at the college, when an employee appears who is In order to work, she opens a case that takes 7 working days and the case has no response. Even the coordinators are terrible, they have no desire to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo...Desde março/21 enviei aos responsáveis as horas complementares para conclusão do meu curso, e até hoje (27/09) não foi atualizado, as únicas respostas que recebo é que os arquivos não foram recebidos(embora eu já tenha enviado pelo menos umas 6x) e pedido de reenvio. Me sinto desamparada por parte da instituição. Não indico pra ninguém. É revoltante o descaso com que somos tratados. Decepcionante!!!!!!(Curso de Pedagogia, semipresencial).
Terrible...Since March/21 I have sent the additional hours to complete my course to those responsible, and until today (27/09) it has not been updated, the only answers I receive is that the files were not received (although I have already sent them at least 6x) and request for reshipment. I feel helpless by the institution. I don't recommend it to anyone. The disregard with which we are treated is revolting. Disappointing!!!!!!(Pedagogy course, blended).
