★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcaram consulta par um determinado horário e vieram atender quase duas horas depois. E nunca é o médico agendado que atende, é sempre os estudantes que fazem inúmeras perguntas. Já é a terceira vez que vou e ainda não vi o rosto dele.
They made an appointment for a certain time and came to see me almost two hours later. And it is never the scheduled doctor who attends, it is always the students who ask numerous questions. It’s the third time I’ve been and I haven’t seen his face yet.

Marcam a consulta as 14:00h e só chamam para atendimento às 15:00h
Se vai chamar 15h porque que marca a consulta com uma hora de diferença?
Agora chegue 10 min atrasado pra ver se você é atendido.
Não foi só uma ou duas vezes não, foram em todas as minhas consultas.
Em pela pandemia e você tratando uma doença infectocontagiosa não acredito que seja muito sadio ficar mais de 1h com outras pessoas em uma sala quando SE TEM HORÁRIO MARCADO colocando em risco a si que está com a imunidade bem baixa devido a todas as medicações e nem aos outros porque a doença é contagiosa.
Fica difícil entender!

Make an appointment at 14: 00h and only call for assistance at 15: 00h
If you are going to call 15h why do you schedule the appointment with an hour difference?
Now arrive 10 min late to see if you are served.
It wasn't just once or twice, it was in all my appointments.
In the face of the pandemic and you treating an infectious disease I do not believe that it is very healthy to spend more than 1 hour with other people in a room when YOU HAVE A TIME SCHEDULE putting you at risk of having very low immunity due to all medications and not even the others because the disease is contagious.
It is difficult to understand!

The service from you guys was terrible. I've been waiting for more than 03 hrs for authorization of the exam guide. And I'm still here in the hospital with no return, I gave it a star because I don't have a lower option.
