O curso é EAD infelizmente vcs não dão suporte necessário ninguém atende o telefone pra passar informações. Quero saber se preciso abrir uma reclamação formal no procon pra atendimento?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para se inscrever no curso eles são bastante ágeis, mas quando você precisa entrar em contato com o polo Vila Mariana, o telefone não funciona.
Os únicos canais de atendimento que te respondem são os canais de venda, que não te ajudam se você não for comprar algo, tampouco te direcionam para o canal correto.
Estou tentando falar com o polo Vila Mariana há uma semana sem sucesso. Péssima experiência após a compra.
To register for the course, they are very agile, but when you need to contact the Vila Mariana center, the phone does not work.
The only service channels that respond to you are the sales channels, which do not help you if you are not going to buy something, nor do they direct you to the correct channel.
I've been trying to get in touch with the Vila Mariana hub for a week without success. Bad experience after purchase.

Falam que o campos da vila Mariana fechou e nós obrigaram a mudar par a EAD ou Santana, optei pelo EAD e paguei outra rematrícula e agora querem me cobrar pela rematrícula feita no presencial e mensalidades do EAD que eu nunca tive acesso. Mas alguém com esses problemas por favor entre em contato comigo.
A complete lack of respect, I've been trying to resolve my situation for months. They say that the fields of Vila Mariana closed and we forced us to change to EAD or Santana, I opted for EAD and paid another re-enrollment and now they want to charge me for the re-enrollment made in person and EAD tuition that I never had access to. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Anhanguera trata os alunos com total desrespeito. Me formei em dezembro de 2021. Fui a provada em todas as disciplinas e não tenho nenhum impedimento legal para a colação de grau. Mas por perseguição pessoal, o coordenador do curso não me deixou colar grau. Me prejudicando muito. Agora vou ter que gastar dinheiro para acionar a justiça, para conseguir uma coisa a que tenho direito. Não recomendo.
Anhanguera treats students with total disrespect. I graduated in December 2021. I was approved in all subjects and I have no legal impediment to graduation. But out of personal persecution, the course coordinator wouldn't let me get my degree. Hurting me a lot. Now I'm going to have to spend money to go to court, to get something I'm entitled to. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal comecei minha experiência com a faculdade (apenas paguei a matrícula) e já tive problemas. O curso EAD o sistema não funciona e eles não dão nenhum suporte humano. O robô é inútil! Ninguém responde o whats app e ao ir na faculdade ninguém te atende. Um completo descaso! Leve seu dinheiro pra onde você é bem atendido.
I've barely started my college experience (I just paid the tuition) and I've already had problems. The EAD course the system doesn't work and they don't give any human support. The robot is useless! No one answers the whats app and when you go to college no one answers you. A complete disregard! Take your money where you are well served.

Alias , por nem um meio de telefone é gerado atendimento ... 0800 que não funciona , whats de pós para quem ainda está na graduação ... as vezes vc tem que ir ate o polo para obter uma informação que poderia ser passada por telefone ... email , ninguém responde também ... muita morosidade ... e ainda negativam o aluno por uma divida que ele não tem ... já que ninguém respondeu o meu email e nem atendem o telefone ... buscarei outros meios para resolver a questão .
