We were referred by SUS and assisted by Dr.Jeane and Dr. Bruna who did an excellent job, as well as medical dentists were human and very patient with my child, thank you very much for the service rendered with great care and dedication, God bless each one of you that makes our smile more pleasant ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer tratamento de canal encaminhada pelo sus e fui atendida por uma aluna,um tanto despreparada,atrapalhada, e q não estava c todos materiais nescessarios p o atendimento,o q dificultou e fez c q demorasse mto o procedimento.
Conclusão: fiquei 3h em atendimento,saí c dor e ainda ñ terminou o tratamento,e marcaram retorno ainda p 15 dias,sendo q estou sentindo mta dor.
I was treated by the channel referred by sus and was attended by a student, somewhat unprepared, disrupted, and that was not c all materials needed for care, which made it difficult and made the procedure took too long.
Conclusion: I was 3 hours in attendance, I left the pain and still did not finish the treatment, and scheduled return still p 15 days, being that I am in pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instituição super desorganizada. No financeiro principalmente. É quase impossível o contato com a instituição seja via telefone ou email pra PAGAR por exemplo, em que eles não atendem. Desde que se criou essa faculdade a autonomia das seccionais da APCD foi destruída.
Super disorganized institution. In the financial mainly. It is almost impossible to contact the institution either by phone or email to PAY for example, where they do not answer. Since this college was created, the autonomy of the APCD sectionals has been destroyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o paciente, e desorganizado, faz a pessoa vim perder tempo e dinheiro gasto com transporte, nem o posto de saúde trata o paciente assim.
Lack of respect for the patient, and disorganized, makes the person come to waste time and money spent on transportation, not even the health center treats the patient like that.
