★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos a matrícula do meu filho para o Curso de Redes de Computadores, na Unidade do Jardim América. Pagamos as três mensalidades. Em nenhum momento nos foi informado que esse curso precisava fechar turma para iniciar. Eles só adiavam a data de início das aulas, mas, nunca mencionaram que não tinham fechado turma. Hoje, dia 21, antes do meu filho sair de casa eu liguei para confirmar. Foi aí que me disseram que não teria mais o curso. Foi uma grande falta de respeito, sem falar no prejuízo que meu filho teve. Pois, estamos buscando por outra faculdade e, praticamente, todas já iniciaram as aulas e já estão encerrando as matrículas. Vamos acionar o Procon e a Pequenas Causas.
We enrolled my son for the Computer Networks Course at the Jardim América Unit. We pay the three monthly fees. At no time were we informed that this course needed to close the class to start. They just postponed the start date of classes, but never mentioned that they hadn't closed class. Today, the 21st, before my son left home I called to confirm. That's when they told me I wouldn't have the course anymore. It was a great lack of respect, not to mention the damage my son suffered. Well, we are looking for another college and, practically, all of them have already started classes and are already closing enrollments. Let's trigger Procon and Small Causes.
