★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem chega com antecedência no pólo de provas, o empresarial ou a instituição deveriam oferecer uma sala de espera para não ficarmos esperando desconfortavelmente em pé no térreo do prédio. A sala de provas da Faculdade Unyleya é compacta, aconchegante e climatizada. No entanto, as cadeiras são desconfortáveis. Atendimento dos instrutores de prova regular a bom. Correção da prova presencial e lançamento da nota aconteceram antes do prazo previsto. Para uma modalidade EAD, deveriam disponibilizar módulos extras pertinentes às necessidades do curso e do aluno, ao invés de conteúdos gerais e aleatórios.
