★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tive problemas durante o processo de geração de boletos e pagamentos, que só começaram a me enviar os boletos por e-mail depois que eu solicitei, antes disso só me enviavam por wpp. Nos últimos pagamentos com relação a uma taxa de reajuste cambial, atrasei 1 dos 2 boletos do reajuste e me enviaram um LINK pro boleto que eu não conseguia baixar, "imprimir" e quando tentava printar, ficava borrado. Eles fazem um grupo no wpp com você pra te darem todo o suporte, porém, esse suporte aparenta não funcionar nos finais de semana. Achei os atendentes da escola que fiquei (UMC Toronto) bem gentis e solícitos, mas achei o nível de inglês das aulas fracos (mesmo eu tendo aulas no avançado) e apenas 1 professora (Chriselle) conseguia elevar o nível das aulas. De resto, como um todo, conseguiram realizar um bom trabalho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só desgaste emocional e dinheiro perdido com a WA… contratei um pacote para O Canadá, em agosto de 2020. A escola que me foi ofertada até hoje não abriu e a WA não nos da nenhuma satisfação ou previsão de quando irá voltar. Demoram meses para responder solicitações, isso quando respondem, péssimo atendimento e não trabalham com clareza nas informações.
Não recomendo, contratem com agências que possuem o Selo Belta, como por exemplo a Canadá Intercâmbio, CI, EF, IE e STB, são valores maiores,
Porém menos dores de cabeça e desgastes.
Only emotional exhaustion and money lost with WA… I hired a package for Canada, in August 2020. The school that was offered to me until today has not opened and WA does not give us any satisfaction or prediction of when it will return. They take months to respond to requests, when they do, bad service and they don't work clearly on the information.
I do not recommend, hire agencies that have the Belta Seal, such as Canada Intercâmbio, CI, EF, IE and STB, they are higher values,
But less headaches and wear and tear.
