★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto ao ensino não tenho o que reclamar, os professores são ótimos e a estrutura é decente. Não posso dizer o mesmo do atendimento da secretaria. Demoram muito para responder por e-mail e no telefone, há problemas de comunicação entre a equipe entre outros problemas. Entre na foc já sabendo que você vai passar dor de cabeça com a secretaria.
As for teaching, I have nothing to complain about, the teachers are great and the structure is decent. I can't say the same about the secretarial service. They take a long time to respond by email and on the phone, there are communication issues between the team and other issues. Enter the foc already knowing that you will have a headache with the secretary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo experiência de estudos. Equipe administrativa da pós graduação não faz força para resolver nenhum problema, tudo demora e as respostas são evasivas. Estudei na Instituição, segui todos os procedimento conforme me orientaram para retornar devido a problemas de saúde. Tento contato com a instituição por meses e somente tenho repostas evasivas. Surgiu uma cobrança de 620,00 reais (nunca soube dessa cobrança pois deixei tudo em dia quando tive que sair). Não recomendo a ninguém. Sugeri até trocar de curso para poder concluir e a única resposta que tive foi que eu tinha que me matricular para saber datas, matérias e equivalências. Nunca vi tamanho despreparo.
Bad study experience. The postgraduate administrative team does not force itself to solve any problem, everything takes time and the answers are evasive. I studied at the Institution, followed all the procedures as instructed to return due to health problems. I try to contact the institution for months and only get evasive answers. There was a charge of 620.00 reais (I never knew about this charge because I left everything up to date when I had to leave). I don't recommend it to anyone. I even suggested changing courses in order to complete it and the only answer I got was that I had to enroll in order to find out about dates, subjects and equivalences. I've never seen such unpreparedness.
