 The embroidery looks great, on the other hand my experience with care was not there these things. I found the treatment and manner of talking to the client harsh and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não daria nenhuma estrela. A senhora que atende é ríspida, indiferente isso qto ao atendimento. Qto a execução do trabalho NÃO FOI EXECUTADO. Deixei na quinta a camiseta pra bordar e retirar na terça, enviei mensagem para saber se eu podia ir buscar no caso hj nem visualizaram, cheguei lá a pessoa estava perdida não sabia do serviço e nem lembrava essa pessoa é a mesma senhora dona Maria, só disse que não fez e a camiseta com a sacola estava dentro de uma caixa enorme de papelão. Falei que não queria mais pois eu precisava em tempo hábil e agradeci pela falta de comprometimento.
NAO RECOMENDO, NUNCA MAIS VOLTO!!!!
I wouldn't give any stars. The lady who attends is harsh, regardless of that when it comes to attendance. Qto the execution of the work WAS NOT EXECUTED. I left the T-shirt to embroider on Thursday and remove it on Tuesday, I sent a message to find out if I could get it in the case today, they didn't even see it, I got there, the person was lost, he didn't know about the service and he didn't even remember this person is the same lady, Maria, only he said he didn't and the t-shirt with the bag was inside a huge cardboard box. I said I didn't want any more because I needed it in a timely manner and I thanked him for the lack of commitment.
DO NOT RECOMMEND, NEVER GO BACK !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, a dona da loja é uma senhora extremamente mal-educada, ríspida sem motivo, atende de má vontade e faz corpo mole para aceitar encomendas. Não volto nuca mais, e recomendo a todos que procurem outro serviço.
Bad customer service, the shop owner is an extremely rude lady, harsh for no reason, greedy, and soft-spoken to take orders. I do not go back any more, and I recommend everyone to look for another service.
