Nunca mais entrarei nesta loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos Decepcionados com esta empresa e ainda colocam q vão me ressarcir meio grama q eu julgo ter ficado no prejuizo pra ver como eles são, julgo não fiquei sim, e outra não estou passando fome pra acharem a vamos devolver 130,00 reais pra ela pra parar de encher o saco né, deveriam era não ter feito o q fizeram comigo.
Pq pra mim este dinheiro não muda minha vida em nada, não preciso de dinheiro de vcs, precisava ser tratada como gente, coisa q não fui.
Infelizmente tive q vir por este canal de atendimento devido o grande descaso q a empresa teve comigo, depois de me ligarem dizendo q não resolveriam meu problema e q não era pra eu ir na empresa, me senti muito mal, sou cliente da empresa fiel des de 1999, todas as jóias e alianças da minha familia toda, foi feita lá, não compreendi o q aconteceu pq em momento nenhum quiseram resolver, somente depois q fiz a reclamação por aqui, devolveram um valor equivalente a 5 decimos de ouro, q acredito q quando reclamei por telefone poderia ter tido educação, mas tranquilo e só pra deixar claro fui em outra joalheria na cidade e pesei as alianças e elas pesaram exatamente 12.9 gms pois não voltei na loja como eles mesmo pediram então minha aliança com este polimento perdeu 9 decimos, e estranho só uma aliança perdeu isto tudo a outra nada. Pra mim o dinheiro devolvido não paga a falta de educação deles comigo e não questionei dinheiro nenhum somente o pq tirou tanto na aliança e fui respondida grosseiramente.
É assim mesmo vivendo e aprendendo como é o ser humano.

Unfortunately, I had to come through this service channel due to the great disregard the company had with me, after they called me saying they wouldn't solve my problem and that I wasn't supposed to go to the company, I felt very bad, I'm a loyal customer of the company since 1999 , all my family's jewelry and wedding rings were made there, I didn't understand what happened because they didn't want to solve it at any time, only after I made the claim here, they returned an amount equivalent to 5 gold tenths, I believe that when I complained I could have been polite by phone, but calm and just to make it clear I went to another jewelry store in town and weighed the rings and they weighed exactly 12.9 gms because I didn't go back to the store as they asked so my wedding ring with this polish lost 9 tenths, and strange only one alliance lost it all to another nothing. For me, the money returned doesn't pay for their lack of education with me and I didn't question any money only because I took so much out of the ring and I was answered rudely.
It's just like that, living and learning how human beings are.
