★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários não possuem conhecimento sobre a política de venda adotada pela empresa, visto que, ao comprar o produto, a atendente Ruthelyn Machado afirmou que o comprador poderia trocar o produto no prazo de 30 dias, sendo que tal direito não foi atendido, mesmo o comprador retornando dentro deste lapso temporal, sendo afirmado pela atendente Fernanda que não era possível. Não indico a loja para ninguém, pela falta de preparo e atendimento ruim.
Employees are not aware of the sales policy adopted by the company, since, when buying the product, the operator Ruthlyn Machado stated that the buyer could exchange the product within 30 days, and this right was not fulfilled, even the buyer returning within this time period, being stated by the attendant Fernanda that it was not possible. I do not recommend the store to anyone, due to the lack of preparation and poor service.
