 I loved the hairdresser who attended to me, Fany, if I'm not mistaken. Very friendly and cut my hair quickly and looked great. I really liked the salon too.

Marquei para fazer a unha com a Manicure Eli com 2 dias de antecedência, mantive contato no dia avisando que estava atrasada, e quando cheguei no local com 10 minutos de atraso a manicure estava fazendo o pé de outra cliente. Não me respondeu no Whatsap, para pelo menos me informar que ia atender outra client, já que eu informei que estava chegando ao local. RESUMINDO FUI AO MEU compromisso com a unha feia pois não podemos atrasar 10 minutos que seja.
Poor customer service !!!! I scheduled to do the nail with Manicure Eli 2 days in advance, I kept in touch on the day saying I was late, and when I arrived at the site 10 minutes late, the manicure was doing the foot of another client. He did not answer me on Whatsap, to at least inform me that he was going to meet another client, since I informed him that I was arriving at the place. IN SUMMARY I WENT TO MY commitment with the ugly nail because we cannot delay 10 minutes whatsoever.
