★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza chamada de Elba Ramalho que continha escarola, cebola, molho de tomate, azeitonas, rúcula, tomate seco e mussarela de búfala. Segue a foto da pizza e o que o restaurante indicou quando reclamei. Comprei gato por lebre. É só buscar no Google para saber o que é mussarela de búfala. Para começar é um queijo fresco, branco, que não derrete. Lamentável.
I ordered a pizza called Elba Ramalho that contained endive, onion, tomato sauce, olives, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. Here is the photo of the pizza and what the restaurant indicated when I complained. I bought a pig in a poke. Just search Google to find out what buffalo mozzarella is. To start it is a fresh, white cheese that does not melt. Unfortunate.
