Fiquei 10 min no local onde aguarda a vez e os funcionários conversando e andando de um lado pro outro. Pedi informação ao senhor que controla a entrada e o mesmo me informou que deveria aguardar abaixo da placa perto do caixa. Depois de 15 min, desisti e fui embora insatisfeita.

I stayed 10 min at the place where you wait your turn and the employees talking and walking from one side to the other. I asked the gentleman who controls the entrance for information and he informed me that I should wait under the sign near the cashier. After 15 minutes, I gave up and left unsatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO atendimento! estava com a minha cestinha cheia de produtos e larguei tudo no caixa, não levei nada pq não sou obrigada a ser mal atendida. as vendedoras estavam mexendo no celular o tempo todo e nem olharam na minha cara, e ainda foram super grossas quando pedi informação. na minha opinião se não quiser atender bem o cliente nem precisa ter loja. não volto nunca mais
