★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Gastei 550 reais na substituição de uma bateria e uma tela. Depois do conserto, o celular não carregou. Levei na loja e pareceu que funcionou, então achei que pudesse ser um problema de carregador (vendido pela loja também, mas que testaram na loja e estava funcionando). Fui tratada mal pela gerente e por isso quis testar um carregador original da apple antes de voltar na loja para o conserto e demorei a fazer isso por falta de tempo, mas quando fiz, ainda dentro da garantia, o celular não funcionou, de todo modo. Voltei à loja pedindo o conserto e o assistente técnico disse que estava danificado por água, o que não fez sentido, porque o celular ficou guardado na gaveta. A gerente disse que iria substituir a bateria de todo modo para não dar problema comigo. Informou que o assistente substitui, voltei para casa e no caminho o botão de início parou de funcionar, o que não acontecia antes de levar o celular para o conserto. Informei isso e disseram que o botão já estava intermitente. Solicitei o conserto do botão e fui tão mal atendida que aceitei que só colocassem o assertivetouch na tela para finalizar a história, porque disseram que se o celular quebrasse no conserto, não se responsabilizariam, apesar de ainda dentro da garantia. Ainda, pedi diversas vezes para falar com o dono do estabelecimento sobre o caso e a gerente simplesmente falou que estava ausente e não me passou nenhum contato. Dias depois, o celular já não carregava mais. Foi uma experiência tão ruim, estressante e de tanta humilhação que não levei o celular, que ainda está na garantia, para a loja. Prefiro perder os 550 reais a ter que passar pelo estresse que passei de novo.
Terrible attendance. I spent 550 reais on replacing a battery and a screen. After repair, the cell phone did not charge. I took it to the store and it seemed to work, so I thought it might be a charger problem (sold by the store too, but they tested it in the store and it was working). I was treated badly by the manager and that's why I wanted to test an original apple charger before returning to the store for repair and it took me a while to do this due to lack of time, but when I did, still under warranty, the phone didn't work anyway . I went back to the store asking for a repair and the tech assistant said it was water damaged, which didn't make sense because the cell phone was kept in the drawer. The manager said she would replace the battery anyway so as not to give me a problem. Reported that the assistant replaces, I returned home and on the way the home button stopped working, which did not happen before taking the cell phone for repair. I informed this and they said the button was already flashing. I requested the repair of the button and I was so poorly attended to that I accepted that they only put the assertivetouch on the screen to finish the story, because they said that if the cell phone broke in the repair, they would not be responsible, although it was still under warranty. Still, I asked several times to speak to the owner of the establishment about the case and the manager simply said that she was absent and did not give me any contact. Days later, the cell phone was no longer charging. It was such a bad, stressful and humiliating experience that I didn't take my cell phone, which is still under warranty, to the store. I'd rather lose the 550 reais than have to go through the stress I went through again.
