Precisei reconfigurar o celular do meu neto, e senão me engano o nome da atendente é jasmim. Vou ficar freguesa e indicar para outras pessoas

Inclusive deram um atendimento personalizado indo direto na casa da minha mãe de 81 anos entregar e testar o aparelho. Foi um achado essa loja. I highly recommend this store. Great service, and fast. Very competent and honest. They even provided personalized service by going straight to my 81-year-old mother's house to deliver and test the device. This store was a find. Thank you Cleiton and Rodolfo, and the entire team at the King of Botafogo cell phones.

Pegaram meu iphone com UM problema que era a entrada do carregador, depois voltou com o botão de inicio ruim e o celular fica reiniciando e não liga mais, resumo, cheguei com um problema, sai com três e agora estou sem celular, pois eles disseram que não se responsabilizam, além da funcionaria ter sido super grossa. NÃO INDICO!
I had made a great recommendation, but unfortunately my experience with the service was TERRIBLE! They took my iphone with ONE problem that was the charger input, then it came back with the bad start button and the cell phone keeps restarting and doesn't turn on anymore, in short, I arrived with a problem, left with three and now I'm out of cell, because they said who are not responsible, in addition to the employee being super rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Fui mt bem atendido pela Aline, Yasmin e Rodolfo que resolveram na hora o problema (era sujeira no conector) e nem me cobraram. Na autorizada da Samsung cobraram 2500 pq queriam trocar a tela por um mínimo trincado q nunca me atrapalhou em nada, antes mesmo mesmo de tentar identificar o problema. Parabéns pela loja e atendimento. Ganharam um fan e cliente fiel.
I heard about the store on the Internet. Good reviews, tui solve my problem. My s20plus that wouldn't charge. I was very well attended by Aline, Yasmin and Rodolfo who solved the problem right away (it was dirt in the connector) and didn't even charge me. At the authorized Samsung they charged 2500 because they wanted to change the screen for a minimum crack that never bothered me at all, even before trying to identify the problem. Congratulations on the store and service. They gained a fan and loyal customer.
