Desejamos melhoras" e tinha o nome do meu cachorro, é uma empresa muito séria , adorei o atendimento e os cachorros estão ótimos da cinomose, gratidão.

O valor da manipulação ficou 50% a menos do que o de laboratório.
Quando fui retirar o medicamento fui muito bem atendida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais compro nessa Farmácia, fui totalmente humilhado pela empresa, e me bloquearam no Whatsapp pelo fato da empresa ter me cobrado duas vezes, e ao insistir com a restituição do valor fui humilhado, o financeiro falou que 80 reais era muito pra mim a ponto de ter que acionar a policia, uma vez que eles fazem descaso na devolução do valor, mandei msg no whatsapp, Liguei pelo mesmo número, não me atenderam, liguei de outro número e atenderam na hora, fizeram um descaso total do meu problema e ainda assim passei por essa humilhação, nunca mais realizo compra nessa farmácia e não indico a ninguem! vou acionar a empresa juridicamente por injuria racial e danos morais.
I never shop at this Pharmacy again, I was totally humiliated by the company, and they blocked me on Whatsapp because the company charged me twice, and when I insisted with the refund of the amount I was humiliated, the finance company said that 80 reais was too much for me of having to call the police, since they neglect to return the amount, I sent a msg on whatsapp, I called the same number, they didn't answer me, I called from another number and they answered right away, they made a total disregard of my problem and still so I went through this humiliation, I never make a purchase at this pharmacy again and I don't recommend it to anyone! I will sue the company legally for racial injury and moral damages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bacana, as atendentes são super simpáticas e eles tem um prazo rápido. O único defeito da empresa é demorarem DEMAIS pra responder no whatsapp.
The place is nice, the attendants are super friendly and they have a quick turnaround time. The only defect of the company is that they take TOO LONG to respond on whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra pelo WhatsApp para o meu porquinho-da-índia. Foi combinado que fariam a dose de 0,5mL com aroma de banana.
1° problema: tiveram de enviar um dos remédios separadamente porque o componente estava em falta no laboratório. Até aí tudo bem; demorou um pouco mais, mas chegou e sem custo extra para mim (ufa!).
2° problema: enviaram com aroma de carne, impossível de dar para um herbívoro.
3° problema: a dose do remédio acabou ficando em 1,0mL. O porquinho-da-índia sente extremo desconforto porque ele precisa de tomar vários remédios e a dose é muito grande. Ele chega a babar porque não aguenta mais a quantidade de doses de 1,0mL.
4° problema: o porquinho-da-índia odeia o gosto do remédio.
Enfim, apesar de ter dado tudo certo no final, muitos problemas surgiram pelo caminho e no final o paciente se sente extremamente insatisfeito com o resultado. A cliente também.

1st problem: they had to send one of the medicines separately because the component was missing from the laboratory. So far so good; it took a little longer, but it arrived and at no extra cost to me (phew!).
2nd problem: they sent it with the aroma of meat, impossible to give to a herbivore.
3rd problem: the dose of the medicine ended up being 1.0mL. The guinea pig feels extreme discomfort because he needs to take several medicines and the dose is too large. He even drools because he can't take the amount of doses of 1.0mL anymore.
4th problem: the guinea pig hates the taste of the medicine.
Anyway, despite everything going well in the end, many problems arose along the way and in the end the patient feels extremely dissatisfied with the result. The client too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento via WhatsApp demorado e confuso. Já tive vários problemas com orçamentos enviados errado e eu ter que pedir pra corrigir duas vezes porque não se atentam a detalhes.
Quando tem alguma dúvida ao invés de resolver pelo WhatsApp, ligam no seu telefone no meio do dia. Quando disse que não poderia falar no momento porque estava entrando em uma reunião recebi a resposta "já que você não pode falar, vou fazer o orçamento com o que está no whatsapp". Sim! Se eu acionei a empresa pelo WhatsApp é exatamente isso que eu espero. Se quisesse resolver pelo telefone eu mesma tinha ligado.
Já tive problemas também com endereço. Enfim, o preço é ótimo mas o atendimento é bastante confuso e às vezes perco dias tentando resolver algo simples que poderia ter sido resolvido em questão de minutos.

I've also had problems with the address. Anyway, the price is great but the service is quite confusing and sometimes I spend days trying to solve something simple that could have been solved in a matter of minutes.
