★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedores metem pra fazerem vendas esperei 4 horas um aparelho de aerosol com uma criança de 3 meses doente precisei pedir em outra farmacia pois quamdo disse q iria cancelar o vendedor confesou que o moto boy estaba saindo naquele momento falta de reapeito com o cliente
Salespeople get in to make sales I waited 4 hours for an aerosol machine with a sick 3 month old child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista às vezes confusa em passar o troco. Outra vez comprei um sorvete e paguei mais caro que o anúncio, dai tiveram que me dar o troco certo!!! Lá não tinha pravastatina que é um remédio pro coração. O que é bom é a falta de filas, boa farmácia.
Receptionist sometimes confused about giving change. Another time I bought an ice cream and paid more than the ad, so they had to give me the right change!!! There was no pravastatin, which is a medicine for the heart. What is good is the lack of lines, good pharmacy.

Unfortunately the service leaves something to be desired. Inattentive and misinformed staff. We waited for more than 30 minutes for an appointment. Total neglect. I will not return to this pharmacy.

Me prejudiquei ao tentar pedir pelo ifood e o produto anunciado por eles estava em falta, me fazendo ficar presa a uma compra e a um frete do app, sem chance pra que eu cancelasse. Falta de respeito com o cliente quando eu tentei pedir ajuda.
Bad experience. They don't answer whatsapp or phone EVER. I got hurt when trying to ask for ifood and the product they advertised was out of stock, making me stuck with a purchase and shipping from the app, with no chance for me to cancel. Lack of respect for the customer when I tried to ask for help.

O atendimento via telefone pelo visto costuma ser a base de piada.
I called asking if the pharmacy had an outpatient clinic and the attendant replied that it wasn't the pharmacy on May 13th, it was on the 14th!
