★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem respeito nenhum com o paciente, marca um horário e o médico chega horas depois, aconteceu a primeira vez achei que foi atípico na segunda cancelei por ver que é o normal deles tratar o paciente como palhaço.
 He has no respect for the patient, he sets an appointment, and the doctor arrives hours later, it happened the first time I thought it was atypical on the second I canceled because I saw that it was normal for them to treat the patient as a clown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefônico não existe. Atenção e respeito com os clientes/pacientes zero. Se, por algum motivo, a consulta for cancelada, não ligam para o cliente/paciente para avisar/remarcar, o qual acaba dando viagem perdida.
Telephone service does not exist. Zero attention and respect for clients / patients. If, for any reason, the appointment is canceled, they do not call the client / patient to notify / reschedule, which ends up giving a lost trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone péssimo!Ligo desde 7:40 e não consigo agendar exame!Quando atendem, na hora de transferir ligação vc fica na linha de graça.Desde sabado tento marcar exame,tive q ir ao local pq consta que la funciona ate 11hs aos sábados,ocorre que cheguei 10hs e não havia mais ninguem p marcar. Via Whatsapp nem se fala,ate hj ninguem me respondeu.Respeitem os horários disponibilizados e melhorem o atendimento via telefone,isso deixa uma péssima impressão pra quem procura o servico de vcs!
Bad phone service! I've been calling since 7:40 am and I can't schedule an exam! When they answer, when it's time to transfer a call, you stay on the line for free. Since Saturday I try to schedule an exam, I had to go to the place because it says it works until 11 am at Saturdays, it happens that I arrived at 10 am and there was no one else to schedule. Via Whatsapp not even talk, until today nobody answered me. Respect the available times and improve the service via phone, this leaves a bad impression for those looking for your service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total com paciente pela segunda vez estou esperando por duas horas o atendimento, a primeira vez foi p fazer colocar um aparelho de hotter e agora uma consulta, que diz ser por ordem de chegada. Muito decepcionada, já que é demorado deveria pelo menos avisar antes, p pessoa ter disponibilidade de tempo.
Total neglect with patient for the second time I am waiting for two hours for the service, the first time was to have a hotter set and now a consultation, which says it is on a first-come, first-served basis. Very disappointed, since it is time consuming, I should at least warn beforehand, for the person to have time available.

Com caros senhoras esperando desde das 13:30. Falta de respeito, e não sabemos a quem reclamar.
