★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pessimo, no zap atendende(espanta cliente) sem educação e na loja fisica riem de clientes depois que ele sai, eu vi fazendo isso com um sr. As vezes demoram a entregar. Perdeu vou para o concorrente e to levando meu clientes para o concorrente.

Lamentavel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pelo telefone. Péssimo atendimento presencial. Atendentes sem educação. Sem organização nenhuma. Comprei um medicamento na primeira vez. Na segunda falaram q não trabalhavam com o medicamento.
Entrega também totalmente desorganizada. Estou a quase uma semana para receber um medicamento já pago.
Bad service over the phone. Poor face-to-face service. Uneducated attendants. Without any organization. I bought a drug the first time. In the second, they said they did not work with the drug.
