★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente hj vou dar 1 única estrela, o meu filho tem 4 anos e está com fortes dores, já tem 1 hora que.pedi o remédio é até agora nada. Já liguei para a farmácia e disseram que o entregador já havia saído. Da farmácia até a minha casa são 10 min no máximo. Impossível isso.
 Unfortunately today I'm going to give it a single star, my son is 4 years old and in severe pain, he has 1 hour already. I asked for the medicine so far nothing. I already called the pharmacy and they said the delivery guy had already left. From the pharmacy to my house it is 10 min at most. That is impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei mais de 2 hrs esperando um remédio simples. Ngm me ligou informando o motivo do atraso. Liguei para o estabelecimento perguntando o motivo do atraso e ngm soube responder e informaram que não acharam o endereço, o outro disse que a entrega já estava na rua e etc sendo que já fiz várias compras no local. Nessa ligação o atendente pra confirmar meu pedido, informou que eles n tinham o remédio e que estariam enviando embalagens individuais, com isso o remédio ficou mais caro. O valor do pedido mudou completamente. Além disso o atendente foi ignorante. Não faço mais pedidos para eles.
I was more than 2 hours waiting for a simple medicine. Ngm called me stating the reason for the delay. I called the establishment asking the reason for the delay and ngm knew how to respond and informed that they did not find the address, the other said that the delivery was already on the street and etc and have already made several purchases on site. In this call the clerk to confirm my order, informed that they did not have the medicine and would be sending individual packages, so the medicine became more expensive. The order value has changed completely. Also the attendant was ignorant. I no longer order them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiencia q tive em toda minha vida, uma demora pra atender o telefone e tbm para entregar. Não culpo o moto boy e sim a gerência da farmácia colocando só um moto boy para atender niteroi inteiro. Se eu fosse depender de viver eu morreria esperando o remédio, fui super mau atendido por um tal de Israel, um Péssimo funcionário q não se pode chamar de profissional. E tem mais.... quando me atenderam no tel, me deram um valor totalmente diferente do q me cobraram na minha residência ...Não indico essa farmácia
The worst experience I had in my entire life, a delay to answer the phone and also to deliver. I do not blame the moto boy, but the pharmacy management, putting only one moto boy to attend the whole night. If I were to depend on living I would die waiting for the medicine, I was super badly attended by a man from Israel, a terrible employee who cannot be called a professional. And there's more .... when they saw me on the phone, they gave me a totally different amount than what they charged me at my residence ... I don't recommend this pharmacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um remédio , informaram q o tempo de entrega era de no máximo uma hora . Quando deu uma hora , eu liguei e a atendente disse que já saiu tudo para entrega . Depois de uma hora e meia , liguei novamente e me disseram que ainda nem saíram para entrega .. eu em casa morrendo de dor e fazem isso .
I bought a medicine, they informed that the delivery time was at most one hour. When it was one o'clock, I called and the attendant said that everything was out for delivery. After an hour and a half , I called again and they told me that they have not even come out for delivery .. I am at home dying of pain and they do it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fomos bem atendidos nesta farmácia, geralmente via telefone. Quando presencialmente, sempre tentam "empurrar" algum "complemento ", sejam vitaminas ou afins.
Hoje pedi um remédio específico para dor nas articulações e me mandaram um troço chamado "Vitorex", a um custo acima de 90 reais.
Na caixa do remédio, nenhuma indicação para dor!!

We have always been well taken care of at this pharmacy, usually via phone. When in person, they always try to "push" some "complement", whether vitamins or the like.
Today I asked for a specific medicine for joint pain and they sent me something called "Vitorex", at a cost above 90 reais.
In the medicine box, no indication for pain!!
