They only make a budget by whatsapp and do not answer the message, why !!!! How do you do it? I texted yesterday at 4 pm and so far nothing! I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, não repetem receita, exigem sempre a burocracia do papel, mesmo que você já tenha enviado mil vezes o pedido médico pelo Whatsapp, histórico inexistente, "sistema" nulo. Contato presencial desagradável, barulho infernal.
Terrible, they don't repeat a prescription, they always require paperwork, even if you have already submitted a medical request through Whatsapp, a nonexistent history, "system" null. Unpleasant face contact, infernal noise.

Começaram até corretamente o atendimento e de repente não me respondem mais.
Pergunto qual o problema e contínuo sem retorno.
Então minha avaliação qto a Medicamenta é bem ruim.

They even started the service correctly and suddenly they don't answer me anymore.
I ask what the problem is and there is no return.
So my assessment of Medicamenta is pretty bad.

Não sei o que aconteceu.
Atendimento péssimo, falta de insumos, (achei que ia fechar, inclusive),falta de retorno, não cumprimento de data para entrega.
Simplesmente não confio mais, que triste..
It was the best and most reliable compounding pharmacy in Campinas for many years. It was featured in everything.
I do not know what happened.
Terrible service, lack of inputs, (I thought it was going to close, even), lack of return, non-compliance with the delivery date.
I just don't trust anymore, how sad...
