★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior farmácia que já fui. O atendimento pelo whatsapp é um descaso e por telefone é só grosseria. A atendente Bianca foi a única que me tratou com educação. As proprietárias são completamente desestabilizadas e fizeram substituições na fórmula sem me consultar. Não recomendo para ninguém.
 Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The service through whatsapp is a negligence and over the phone is just rudeness. The attendant Bianca was the only one who treated me politely. The owners are completely destabilized and have made substitutions in the formula without consulting me. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I have been a customer for years and I recommend the pharmacy to several people. Service is great from the first ctto by whatsapp to delivery by the motoboy. Fair price with discount for cash payment.

Não temos reclamações, preço justo e atendimento incrível. Infelizmente algumas pessoas não tem paciência, querem tudo na hora e fazem reclamações absurdas que prejudicam empresas idôneas que são geradoras de emprego. Infelizmente as pessoas só querem julgar em vez de se colocar no lugar do próximo.
Trusted and proven medicines. Great service. We've used the service for generations, starting with my Mom, then me, my wife, and my son. We have no complaints, fair price and incredible service. Unfortunately, some people don't have the patience, they want everything right away and make absurd complaints that harm reputable companies that generate employment. Unfortunately, people just want to judge instead of putting themselves in someone else's shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO Atendimento, oferecem atendimento On line, porém demoram demais para responder, você manda mensagem pela manha e respondem no outro dia. lamentável, se não tem estrutura para isso, que não ofereçam esta opção ao Cliente. Muita falta de respeito com o cliente. Acorda Biosíntese !!!!
TERRIBLE Service, they offer online service, but they take too long to respond, you send a message in the morning and they reply the next day. It is regrettable, if they do not have the structure for this, that they do not offer this option to the Customer. Much lack of respect for the customer. Wake up Biosynthesis!!!!

I've been trying to make a purchase via whatsapp for a few days, but they take a long time. Each answer is dropped every two days. A week to buy a smoothie? My God! I bought it on the free market the same and it arrives tomorrow!

NO MEU CASO NÃO OBTIVE NENHUMA LIGAÇÃO DA EMPRESA SOMENTE DO MOTOBOY. PAGUEI CARO E ESPERAVA TER NO MININO O CONFORTO DA ENTREGA. NÃO VOLTO MAIS NESSA UNIDADE. SEI QUE MINHA PRESENÇA NÃO INTERFERE PRA ESSA UNIDADE. MAS FAREI PROPAGANDA BOCA A BOCA DE PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.
ATTENTION IF YOU ARE MAKING A BUDGET BEWARE, THEY ARE MERCENARIES AND DO NOT WORK EFFICIENTLY, THEY CHARGE THE RESHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL. IN MY CASE I DID NOT GET ANY CALL FROM THE COMPANY ONLY FROM MOTOBOY. I PAID EXPENSIVE AND EXPECTED TO HAVE THE COMFORT OF DELIVERY AT MININO. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS UNIT AGAIN. I KNOW THAT MY PRESENCE DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH THIS UNIT. BUT I WILL MAKE MOUTH PROPAGANDA OF BAD SERVICE.
