★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resposta por wats, acada dois dias, por telefone raramente atendem, estou 5 minutos no telefone, atenderam e pediram pra eu esperar. Fiz o pedido de 2 manipulações, recebi dois frascos com a mesma fórmula descrita!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços e produtos são bons, porém o atendimento fica a desejar.Mandei msg no Whatsapp mas demoram mto p responder (se eu envio novas mensagens eu retorno p última fila). Por telefone não são todos q atendem mas se insistir dá certo... No dia da retirada enviei uma mensagem (whatsapp) , simples, perguntando se poderia ir retirar realmente os produtos, até agora sem retorno rs.
Ponto positivo: atendentes são sempre educadas e gentil.
The prices and products are good, but the service is to be desired. I sent msg on Whatsapp but it takes too long to respond (if I send new messages I return to the last row). By phone they are not all q answer but if you insist it works ... On the day of the withdrawal I sent a message (whatsapp), simple, asking if I could really withdraw the products, so far without return lol.
Positive point: attendants are always polite and personable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A farmácia tem um preço um pouco melhor que as outras, mas acontece que você não consegue falar, nem pelo whatsapp , nem por telefone. E quando consegue, ainda marcam para fazer sua fórmula para dois dias depois!! Bem difícil o contato!! Whatsapp , quando respondem, respondem 12 horas depois ...telefone só dá ocupado.

Eu querendo comprar medicação, me senti como pedindo esmola.... Implorando para eles entregar o medicamento, deram prazo de entrega e não foi entregue.
Terrible service simply horrible, don't know the delivery time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produtos ótimos , só o creme hidratante com uréia deles q resolveu o problema de pele q eu tinha , já tinha usado vários tanto de farmácia qnto manipulados em outras farmácias e não adiantava nada . É uma farmácia muito procurada então demora um pouco pra conseguir contato, mas vale a pena insistir ..tempo e dinheiro bem gasto
Great products , only their moisturizing cream with urea that solved the skin problem I had , I had already used several both from the pharmacy and manipulated in other pharmacies and it was no use . It's a very popular pharmacy so it takes a while to get in touch, but it's worth insisting ..time and money well spent
