★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com a empresa as 18:11 de hoje. Ao todo foram quase 2 horas para me passar o valor de 2 remédios. Quando confirmei a compra, 6 minutos após a atendente dizer o valor do remédio, a mesma disse que não faria mais entrega em minha casa pelo horário. Questionei dizendo que a demora não foi minha e sim deles que demoraram demais para responder e a mesma atendente atribuiu a culpa há mim. Então escrevo aqui a mesma coisa que disse pra ela, se a empresa nem tem suporte para atender vai Whatsapp então que não faça.
I contacted the company at 18:11 today. Altogether it was almost 2 hours to pass me the value of 2 medicines. When I confirmed the purchase, 6 minutes after the clerk said the amount of the medicine, she said that she would no longer deliver to my house by the time. I asked saying that the delay was not mine, but that they took too long to answer and the same attendant blamed me. So I write here the same thing I said to her, if the company doesn't even have support to attend Whatsapp, then don't do it.

Seria bom na loja investir nessa área de atendimento online.
