Fiz uma compra no meu cartão de crédito, passaram em duplicidade, foi debitado em minha conta e eles estão se negando a estornar , ja voltei lá 4 vezes e me dizem informações desencontradas , protelando uma solução que seria rápida em qualquer outro estabelecimento que tivesse o mínimo de respeito pelo cliente ! E ainda me tratam com desdém dizendo que isso sempre acontece por lá, avisando a quem possa interessar , NÃO COMPREM LÁ, estou providenciado o estorno por meios legais
Don't buy in this place! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 19/09/2020, por volta das 19:00 horas me dirigie para comprar seis (06) medicamentos, tendo em mãos a receita médica datada em 09/09/2020, CRM 80744, mas não me permitiram comprar um dos medicamentos contido na receita, pois a Farmacêutica, através da rede social informou que em virtude da receita ter mais de dez (dez) dias vencida, o medicamento "CLINDOXYL" não poderia ser vendido. Informei que os dez dias ainda não havia vencido, pois do dia 09 a 19/09/2020 completaria os dez dias, não entendendo a discriminação e o constrangimento em adquirir referido medicamento.
Me dirigie à farmácia "Extrafarma; localizada na Av. Marques de Caravelas, tendo o Farmacêutico de plantão me atendido e vendido o medicamento que tanto meu filho menor de 15 anos necessitava; conforme cupom fiscal em minhas mãos. Vale salientar que o Farmacêutico ficou admirado com a postura antiética da colega, me pedindo desculpas em nome da classe.
Voltei a farmácia Pague Menos e mostrei o medicamento comprado e a xerocopia da receita, pois a via original ficou retida. Com isso, deixo de ser cliente da rede de farmacias Pague Menos, pois "profissionais" desse tipo a rede deve descartar para atender melhor a sua clientela. Se faz necessário frisar que deixei no caixa dessa farmácia a "importância" de R$ 291,37. Espero que a rede de farmacias Pague Menos, tome rovidencias para que este incidente não mas ocorra, principalmente neste momento que estamos passando com a "pandemia" do corona vírus.

On 9/19/2020, at around 7:00 pm I went to buy six (06) medicines, with the prescription dated 09/09/2020, CRM 80744, but I was not allowed to buy one of the medicines contained in the recipe, as the Pharmaceuticals, through the social network reported that due to the expiry of more than ten (ten) days, the medication "CLINDOXYL" could not be sold. I informed that the ten days had not yet expired, because from the 9th to the 9/19/20/2020 I would complete the ten days, not understanding the discrimination and the embarrassment in acquiring said medicine.
Address me to the pharmacy "Extrafarma; located at Av. Marques de Caravelas, having the pharmacist on duty assisted me and sold the medicine that my son under 15 needed so much; according to the tax receipt in my hands. It is worth mentioning that the pharmacist was admired with the colleague's unethical posture, apologizing to me on behalf of the class.
I went back to the Pague Menos pharmacy and showed the medicine I bought and the copy of the prescription, since the original copy was retained. As a result, I am no longer a customer of the Pague Menos drugstore chain, as "professionals" of this type must be discarded to better serve their customers. It is necessary to emphasize that I left the "importance" of R $ 291.37 in the cashier of this pharmacy. I hope that the pay less pharmacy chain will take action so that this incident does not happen, especially at this moment that we are experiencing the "pandemic" of the corona virus.
