I called earlier to find out about a medication they reported that it had more than I wanted. But when I arrived to buy the medicine with the coupon (Eurofarma) to get another free one, they said they only had one box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendente foi super cordial, mas, tive que ficar sozinha, sem fila, aguardando ser enxergada junto ao balcão. Funcionários passavam pra e pra cá e eu parecia invisível. Creio que esse método de atender o balcão e levar os produtos para passar no caixa, pela mesma pessoa que atende, não colabore para um atendimento adequado ao cliente. Quantos chegam ali com dor, precisando de medicamentos com mais brevidade, não é?
The attendant was super friendly, but I had to be alone, without a queue, waiting to be seen at the counter. Employees passed back and forth and I looked invisible. I believe that this method of serving the counter and taking the products to the checkout, by the same person who serves, does not contribute to adequate customer service. How many arrive there with pain, needing medication sooner, isn't it?
