Compramos um medicamento pelo aplicativo, a liberação constou no sistema pra retirada as 10h46 e pasmem, já são 12h06 e me encontro nesse momento aguardando uma liberação do sistema. Já comprei na concorrente Drogasil e nunca passamos por isso lá. Nunca mais retorno nessa farmácia ou em qualquer uma de sua rede. Péssimo, nota Zero.
Worst experience possible. We bought a medication through the app, the release was in the system for withdrawal at 10:46 am and amazingly, it is already 12:06 pm and I am at that moment waiting for a system release. I already bought it at competitor Drogasil and we never went there. I will never return to this pharmacy or any of your chain. Bad, Zero score.
