★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento não funciona, passei quase 10 min informando dados para ver se aparecia no sistema o produto (uma caixa de luva de procedimento) para depois ouvir um "infelizmente não consta" no sistema a informação se o produto consta ou não. ai a ligação foi desligada.

Service does not work, I spent almost 10 minutes informing data to see if the product appeared in the system (a procedure glove box) and then I heard an "unfortunately not included" in the system, the information whether the product is listed or not. then the connection was disconnected.

Depois de dias em peregrinação nas farmácias com uma receita com dois remédios controlados, sem conseguir ambos numa mesma farmácia, a Janaína me salvou pedido a transferências entre unidades, me tranquilizando e animando, fato essencial no atendimento a uma pessoa que sofre com depressão e ansiedade.
My deepest gratitude to the attendant Janaína. After days on pilgrimage in pharmacies with a prescription with two controlled drugs, without getting both from the same pharmacy, Janaína saved me asking for transfers between units, reassuring and cheering me up, an essential fact in caring for a person who suffers with depression and anxiety .
