★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços são bons, mas o atendimento. Fui atendida hoje, 28 de junho de 2019 a farmacêutica bastante educada e prestativa. Porém quando chego no caixa tinha um preferencial esperando já que não tinha ninguém para atender e tive de aguardar. Depois uma atendente saiu lá de dentro para atender uma moça e fui passada para trás tendo que aguardar mais ainda. Chamei a atenção. Ela disse que não tinha me visto e pediu desculpas. A Pague Menos precisa investir seriamente no treinamento dos funcionários dessa unidade, pois não é a primeira vez que tenho problemas. A Drograsil pode ser cara como for, só comprarei lá a partir de hoje porque é fundamental prezar pelo bom atendimento ao cliente.
The prices are good but the service. I was attended today, June 28, 2019 the pharmacist very polite and helpful. But when I arrive at the cashier I had a preferential one waiting since there was nobody to answer and I had to wait. Then an attendant left inside to meet a girl and I was passed behind having to wait even longer. I called attention. She said she had not seen me and apologized. The Less Pay needs to invest seriously in the training of the employees of this unit, because this is not the first time that I have problems. Drograsil can be expensive anyway, I will only buy there from today because it is fundamental to appreciate good customer service.
