★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente os preços são ótimos em comparação aos concorrentes. O problema sério da rede de farmácias é a falta de agilidade no atendimento. A qualquer hora do dia as filas são uma constante, mas não por excesso de clientes, mas pela falta de organização e as táticas arcaicas que usam.
The prices are really great compared to the competitors. The serious problem of the pharmacy chain is the lack of agility in service. At any time of the day the queues are constant, but not because of too many customers, but because of the lack of organization and the archaic tactics they use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é rápido em relação se vc pedir algo, mais se vc for educado e esperar uma funcionária dizer "Bom dia oque deseja", vc vai criar raiz nos pés pois se eu não falasse eu ia morrer lá dentro.
The service is quick in relation if you ask for something, more if you are polite and wait for an employee to say "Good morning whatever you want", you will take root in your feet because if I didn't speak I would die inside.

E depois aumentou no fundo desta farmácia - numa salinha - com toque de extremado mal gosto musical! Será que administração Central desta Empresa,sabe disto?! Será que não seria mais agradável recepcionar os Clientes com Boas Vindas com Musicas Instrumentais com Som baixo com Caixinhas de Som embutidas,mas com melodias de extremado Bom gosto?!! E que haja sistematicamente,fiscalizações..
Present this last Saturday, in this Farmarcia, well located in the Center of Belém, a pharmacist they call a 'doctor', triggered a radio in a soft sound with out of tune country music. And then it increased at the bottom of this pharmacy - in a small room - with a touch of extreme. I barely taste music! Does the Central administration of this Company, know this ?! Wouldn't it be more pleasant to welcome customers with a welcome with instrumental music with low sound with built-in speakers, but with extremely good melodies? !! And that there are systematically, inspections ..
