Aparentemente essa linha Smart é a linda de escovas para criança, mas isso não estava claro no aplicativo. No dia rugindo fu à loja, com a escova ainda na sacola e expliquei o ocorrido ao funcionário. No entanto, por estar sem a nota fiscal ele não autorizou a troca, mesmo eu mostrando o pedido no aplicativo do ifood. Acho muita falta de bom senso não fazer a troca sendo que o erro poderia ser evitado se a categoria do produto estivesse explícita na hora de fazer o pedido. Agora vou ficar com DUAS escovas caras, sem conseguir usar.
I bought TWO Curaprox toothbrushes, named “Smart”. When they arrived, I realized that both brushes were childish. Apparently this Smart line is the cutest brush for kids, but that wasn't clear in the app. On the day I roared to the store, with the brush still in the bag and explained what had happened to the employee. However, because he didn't have the invoice, he didn't authorize the exchange, even though I showed the order on the ifood app. I think it's a lot of common sense not to make the exchange, since the error could be avoided if the product category was explicit at the time of ordering. Now I'm going to be left with TWO expensive brushes, without being able to use them.
