★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe fez uma compra no site para retirar na loja e eu fui retirar com o RG dela e não entregaram o pedido! Ela não pode ir buscar e eles nao avisam nada q para outra pessoa retirar precisa d uma declaração e mesmo assim sou filho dela e não um estranho e estava com o RG em mãos. A gente compra pelo site para evitar aglomerações em meio a pandemia, sai d casa longe para ir buscar para ser atendido com descaso. Péssima farmácia, nunca mais compro NADA!
 My mom made a purchase on the website to pick up at the store and I went to pick it up with her ID and they didn't deliver the order! She cannot go and get it and they do not warn anything for someone else to withdraw it needs a statement and even so I am her son and not a stranger and I had my ID in hand. We buy through the website to avoid agglomerations in the midst of a pandemic, leave the house far and go to get it to be cared for. Bad pharmacy, I'll never buy ANYTHING again!

Tem estacionamento , mas pessoas que vão ao mercado do lado da farmácia ocupam todas as vagas e vc como cliente não tem opção.
Eles não tomam uma providência .
É péssimo isso.

There is parking, but people who go to the market next to the pharmacy occupy all the spaces and you as a customer have no option.
They don't take action.
That's bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentamos contato com a loja porém sem sucesso. Os telefones informamos na internet atendem mas somente música e propaganda que ouvimos. Não há comunicação verbal. Péssimo atendimento.
We tried to contact the store but without success. The phones we inform on the internet answer but only music and advertisements that we listen to. There is no verbal communication. Terrible attendance.

I bought a medicine on Friday, they told me it would be delivered in 1 business day and so far I don't care about the indicated number in the store but no one answers in any of the options

Funcionários sem o menor preparo para trabalhar. Erros constantes com pessoas que conheço ocorrem. Não conseguem passar dois produtos com o valor correto.
Além de passarem valores errados, não sabem fazer um procedimento de estorno sempre dando trabalho para o comprador que tem que ir na loja pra receber.
Uma vergonha uma farmácia atuar dessa maneira, não saber fazer um estorno?
Enfim, não recomendo.
Bad service.
Employees unprepared to work. Constant mistakes with people I know occur. They cannot pass two products with the correct value.
In addition to passing wrong values, they do not know how to make a chargeback procedure, always giving work to the buyer who has to go to the store to receive it.
Shame on a pharmacy acting like that, not knowing how to make a chargeback?
Anyway, do not recommend.
