This pharmacy is very late, not to mention that some deliverymen and attendants are rude. I've been waiting for more than 4h30min for them to deliver the medication. I will never ask for anything from this family again!

Fiz um pedido as 8h da noite e não me entregaram e não me deram nenhuma satisfação.
Acho uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Quando não é isso demoram mais de 3 horas pra entregar meu pedido. Tenho um filho pequeno precisava da farinha lactea, e não me entregaram, além do medicamento.
Vcs precisam rever o conceito de como tratar um cliente porque o atendimento é péssimo.
I am a customer of farmadez, however some orders have left something to be desired.
I placed an order at 8:00 pm and they did not deliver it to me and gave me no satisfaction.
I find a lack of respect for the customer. When it is not, it takes more than 3 hours to deliver my order. I have a small son, he needed the lactea flour, and they did not deliver it to me, besides the medicine.
You need to review the concept of how to treat a customer because the service is terrible.
