★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao adiana ter um atendimento de venda legal se a maquina nao e entregue como combinado. Não façam manutenção no local. O preco que cobram e absurdamente fora do padrao. Compensa chamar um profissional de fora. Estou muito desapontada. Comprei uma janome 8200 que nao foi entregue ainda e estou aguardando a minha maquina na manutencao. Muito decepcionada com a loja.
There is no point in having a legal sale service if the machine is not delivered as agreed. Do not perform maintenance on site. The price they charge is absurdly out of standard. It pays to call an outsider. I am very disappointed. I bought a janome 8200 that has not been delivered yet and am waiting for my machine in maintenance. Very disappointed with the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja descompromissada com o cliente. Pegou um serviço de reparo de uma máquina bordadeira Brother, de meu Ateliê para conserto, sabendo que não poderiam fazer. Hoje me ligaram informando que não poderiam fazer o serviço, pois estão desenvolvendo stands para uma feira de patchwork. O atendimento do sr. Milton não é dos melhores, pois é grosso para falar com o cliente. Não recomendo essa loja aqui no Rio.
Uncommitted store with the customer. He took a repair service for a Brother embroidering machine from my Atelier for repair, knowing that they couldn't do it. Today they called me saying they couldn't do the job, as they are developing stands for a patchwork fair. Mr. Milton is not one of the best, as he is thick to talk to the customer. I don't recommend this store here in Rio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável o atendimento. Fui com minha esposa para levar uma máquina janome Mini para reparo, e ao chegar fomos informados de que não faziam reparo nesse modelo. O detalhe é que minha esposa ligou e a atendente disse ao telefone que a loja fazia reparo nesse modelo de máquina. Favor orientar aos funcionários o que realmente é feito na loja.
The service was unfortunate. I went with my wife to take a janome Mini machine for repair, and when we arrived we were told that they were not repairing this model. The detail is that my wife called and the attendant said on the phone that the store was repairing this model of machine. Please advise employees what is actually done in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora da venda, tudo sem maiores problemas, fora o fato de que o vendedor Milton não tem a menor paciência. Na sua correria colocou, inicialmente, a linha da bobina na haste e não nela corretamente e qdo mostrei a falha, arrancou a linha, uma quantidade considerável, e jogou fora. Dp recolocou novamente e desta vez ela ficou frouxa. Mas o pior foi sua falta de habilidade que acabou por entortar o fio do passador de linha que vai ser trocado. Muito bom o atendimento do mecânico que veio em seu lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida pelo Sr. Milton, ele veio na minha casa é uma pessoa muito bem educada,de confiança,ainda não terminou o concerto ,mas sei, que logo que ele tiver as peças da reposição ,ele virá, a gente se comunica por telefone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo já na entrega da máquina que esta na garantia! Comentário do vendendo tá reclamando do que comprou a pior máquina. Eu disse," era o que meu dinheiro dava para eu comprar! Comprei em 14/11/2019 e apresentou problema em 11/2/2020. esta na garantia e disse que em 14/02/2020 já poderia estar pronta. Liguei e atendeu a senhora Gabriela que não queria nem verificar se estava pronta a máquina. Liguei as 14:30 hs e o senhor Milton ou Nilton super grosseiro não queria nem ver a nota perguntou onde comprei a máquina disse Tele Rio, pois bem não estava pronta e a prioridade era dos clientes que compraram na loja dele. Ouvir ele falando com a senhora Gabriela que também estava reclamando de mim!!!! Fala sério ...Ao retornar para disse que não estava pronta falei que se tivessem falado que a prioridade era dos clientes que compravam naquela loja, não teria deixado minha máquina lá. Falei que iria fazer uma reclamação junto a Singer sobre o fato e na defesa do consumidor, pois acho que isso não pode acontecer com nenhum cliente - privilégios! Não recomendo tal loja.
Entrei em contato com a SINGER fabricante da máquina e narrei os fatos acontecidos! .

I bought it on 11/14/2019 and it had a problem on 2/11/2020. This is under warranty and said that on 2/14/2020 it could be ready. I called and Mrs. Gabriela answered that she didn’t even want to check if the machine was ready. I called at 2:30 pm and Mr. Milton or Nilton was very rude and didn’t even want to see the note and asked where I bought the machine, said Tele Rio, because it wasn’t ready and the priority was the customers who bought at his store. To hear him talking to Mrs. Gabriela who was also complaining about me !!!! Seriously ... When I returned to said I was not ready I said that if they had said that the priority was of the customers who bought at that store, I would not have left my machine there. I said I would make a complaint with Singer about the fact and in the defense of the consumer, because I think this cannot happen to any customer - privileges! I do not recommend such a store.
I got in touch with SINGER manufacturer of the machine and narrated the facts that happened! .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi horrível levei duas máquinas caseira lá uma 4411 e a outra interlock da Singer. A 4411 estava com um problema de embolar a linha na caixa de bobina, a interlock só para limpeza e lubrificação e ajusta os pontos. A 4411 foi e voltou várias vezes com o mesmo defeito, foi tantas vezes até acabar a garantia e continuou com defeito. A interlock não linparo só por fora, falaram que a lâmpada estava queimada, impossível saiu de casa funcionando, me cobraram 40 reais a mais. Nem tocaram na máquina. Horrível atendimento péssimo técnico horrível.
It was horrible I took two homemade machines there, one 4411 and the other interlock from Singer. The 4411 had a problem with wrapping the thread in the bobbin case, the interlock just for cleaning and lubrication and adjusts the stitches. The 4411 went and came back several times with the same defect, it went so many times until the warranty expired and remained defective. The interlock not linparo only on the outside, they said that the lamp was burnt out, impossible to leave the house working, they charged me 40 reais more. They didn't even touch the machine. Horrible horrible terrible service.
