★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja c total desrespeito com o consumidor, não envia a compra completa e ainda ignora as mensagens no site da loja, foi me passado um contato inexistente, estou solicitando o reembolso dos produtos que não recebi e até o momento foi ignorado, não recomendo esta loja pra ninguém .

Pelos comentários podemos considerar uma empresa FRAUDULENTA.
Store c total disrespect for the consumer, does not send the complete purchase and still ignores the messages on the store's website, I was given a non-existent contact, I'm requesting a refund for the products I didn't receive and so far it has been ignored, I don't recommend this store for nobody .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência até aqui. Estou desde o dia 22/01 esperando minha compra que foi feita pelo mercado livre. O prazo agora foi prorrogado para o dia 06/02. O vendedor posta que foi feito uma tentativa de entrega, sendo que o produto ainda está no correio do Rio de Janeiro.
O vendedor não oferece suporte, não responde às dúvidas. Estou totalmente insatisfeita com essa empresa.
Bad experience so far. I have been waiting for my purchase since the 22/01 that was made by the free market. The deadline has now been extended to 2/6. The seller posts that an attempt was made to deliver, and the product is still in the mail in Rio de Janeiro.
The seller does not support, does not answer questions. I am totally dissatisfied with this company.

realizei uma compra pelo mercado livre, onde dizia que o envio seria imediato, na mesma hora que realizei o pegamento enviei msg e não tive retorno até hoje.... compra realizada no dia 01/06 .
O wathsapp ninguém responde, o telefone fixo também não, agora prorrogaram a entrega para o dia 26/06/2020, para cancelar a compra tenho que esperar chegar e recusar!!
Enfim, não conheço o atendimento físico, o online é lamentável... vocês precisam de uma bela gestão e isso que fizeram de " envio imideto" pode ter sérios problemas pois o consumidor tem o seu DIREITO.

Anyway, I do not know the physical service, the online is unfortunate ... you need a beautiful management and what you did "imidet shipping" can have serious problems because the consumer has your RIGHT.
