★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que pedi nesta lanchonete, liguei às 1:30 perguntando se o pedido seria entregue até as 1:34 conforme o prazo máximo fornecido. Me atenderam e disseram que o entregador estava na rua e o meu pedido seria o próximo. 2HORAS DE ESPERA e cancelaram o meu pedido, não atenderam mais o telefone.. TOTAL FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE. Seria mais fácil serem honestos e dizer que não poderia ser entregue. Espero que o atendimento melhore. A primeira impressão é a que fica! ?
First time I ordered in this cafeteria, I called at 1:30 asking if the order would be delivered by 1:34 according to the maximum time provided. They answered me and said that the delivery man was on the street and my order would be next. 2 HOURS OF WAIT and they canceled my order, they didn't answer the phone anymore.. TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER. It would be easier to be honest and say it couldn't be delivered. I hope the service improves. First impression remains! ?
